Bernadette Zäch and Werner Hagger took over the „Landgasthof Krone“ in May 2007. The remodelling took over 16 month, and with a lot of effort and” TLC”(Tender Loving Care), they transformed it into a cozy and comfortable Bed and Breakfast, called “Haus zur Krone”.
Relaxed Atmosphere
We offer 4 double rooms and 2 single rooms. There is a spacious day room where you can enjoy a delicious sumptious breakfast. During summer months our guests can relax, read a book or simply just enjoy the quietness in the romantic garden under a 200 year old lime tree.
The B & B is situated in the midst of the little hamlet Freienbach
A naturally fed water fountain greets you at the front of the house.
The old wooden house was completely restored and lends a cozy atmosphere.
Our guests are welcome to use our modern and well equipped kitchen.
The dining area is a good mix of modern and antique wood furniture.
We put lots of creativity and love in the design of our garden
